Mr Colin Browne, formerly of Messrs. Browne, Bulner and Co., of the G.O. H. garage, is importing an aeroplane into Ceylon.
Mr Browne has not yet formulated his plans, but the machine is a passenger carrying (two-seater) racing Bleriot monoplane, with a 50 h.p. seven cylinder Gnome engine.

Bleriot with the more powerful 50 hp Gnome rotary engine was used for the first aerial route from Hendon to Windsor in September 1911.
